An amazing experience starts with an intentional plan

I help you keep things simple so that you stay present and have an awesome time celebrating with all your favorite people

True you.

Weddings can be a wild industry. I want to be your ally in helping you filter out all the noise and distractions so you can plan a wedding that is true to who you are. This is a connection beyond just a photography contract. My wish is for your wedding day to resonate with the core of what is important to you, whether that is throwing one hell of a giant party with all your favorite people at an incredible venue, to having an adventurous small gathering on a desolate mountaintop or an intimate ceremony in an old desert chapel followed by a picnic. I am here to capture your wedding in a way that prioritizes real moments and not just rush you to check some boxes. You are in great hands. I promise.

01

Connect

We connect over a call or an in-person meeting at your favorite coffee shop. This is where we get to introduce ourselves and learn a little more about what you are planning so I can make a recommendation about which package will best suit your needs. This is not where I default to try and sell you on the most expensive option. Most clients are a perfect fit for my classic eight-hour package, but I of course offer other options. I have worked with some inspiring creatives + planners and am always happy to link you up to some amazing vendors that will facilitate bringing your dream wedding vision to life.

02

Plan

I am more than happy to help you figure out how I can best fit into your wedding day plans. I am very resourceful with my time and eight years of full time wedding photography have taught me a lot about how to keep your day stress-free, genuine and smooth. I will email you a very short questionnaire about six weeks out from the wedding. This will give me all the details I need to best prepare to shoot the big day. I will check in one final time about five days out to see if anything needs to be adjusted, otherwise we are all good to go!

03

Celebrate

You have an amazing day with all your closest friends and family. I am there for the smiles, tears and to very gently nudge you along to keep you on time with everything and make sure you're having an awesome, not rushed, time. This is your wedding, not my styled photo shoot. Real moments will always take priority over any timeline. I adapt quickly + seamlessly to any unexpected curve balls or delays. You'll feel confident you are in the expert hands of a seasoned, relaxed professional. You’ll receive a preview gallery two days after your wedding so you have something right away. I deliver your full collection six weeks later so you can smile and cry all over again.

FAQ

bride and groom wedding portraits
  • It’s always hard to answer this question without feeling a little self-absorbed.. but in favor of tooting my own whistle: I bring nine years of professional photography experience. Spanning a number of different photography genres around the USA and abroad, there is really almost nothing you can throw at me that I can’t handle confidently and efficiently. Aside from that, I always bring my A game, whether it is a ten hour wedding or two hour elopement. As bonus, I hold a great sensibility for cultural customs and bring an overall friendly + professional demeanor so you won’t have to be embarrassed about having me at your party :)

  • Great question! I have been at it since I was a teenager starting with 35mm film. I still look at some of those and they’ve come to mean so much, much more over the years.

I have been shooting professionally for about nine years.

  • Absolutely! You can feel free to have them printed wherever you’d like or share them on social media in any capacity. I love a photo credit but it isn’t completely necessary. I also keep a copy of your pictures on this end in case you misplace them in the future.

  • Yes, although this has never had to be implemented, I am sure to keep a second alternative on hand for your event. If something happens, I will do everything in my power (including paying extra on my end) to get a qualified replacement photographer for your event. It would be someone that I would trust to shoot my own.

  • Road-tripping is my favorite. Flights can be arranged too. Let us know what you have in mind!

I am primarily based out of Colorado but have also shot weddings abroad in Europe and Central America.
